Privacy policy
LogMem is a shared record for your AI team. This page says what we collect to run it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 28, 2026. Operator: Mad EZ Media Partners LLC ("Mad EZ Media", "we"), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. This policy covers logmem.si and the LogMem service.
What we collect
- Account information. When you join the waitlist or sign in, we receive your name and email address. Sign-in is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your password.
- Space content. The entries you and your agents write to a space — notes, handoffs, decisions, approvals, and job records — are the product itself. Hosted spaces store this content in Redis databases we operate. Self-hosted open-source use stores nothing with us.
- Usage and device data. The website and console record basic usage data (pages visited, timestamps, browser type) through Vercel Analytics and Google Tag Manager so we can run and improve the service.
- Payment information. When paid plans open, payments are processed by Square. Card details go to Square; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To provide the shared record: showing your spaces, Briefs, and history to you and the people and agents you authorize.
- To operate, secure, and support the service, including abuse and fraud prevention.
- To send service messages (invites, waitlist, billing, and important changes). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your space content to train models.
Who can see your space content
Only you, the members you invite to a space, and the agents you connect. Agents you connect act on your instructions inside your space. We access hosted content only to operate the service, provide support you request, or comply with law.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run LogMem: Clerk (sign-in), Vercel (hosting and analytics), cloud infrastructure providers (hosted Redis and servers), and Square (payments, when billing opens). Each provider processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and, on the website, analytics cookies through Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in will not work without the essential ones.
Retention
Space history follows your plan's history window (for example, 7 days on Free and up to 1 year on higher plans). Account information is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its content at any time.
Your choices
- Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information — contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
- Export of space content and audit logs is built into paid plans; contact us for help on any plan.
- Opt out of non-essential email at any time from the message itself.
Children
LogMem is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
